Baked Fish Creole

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 onions, peeled and sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 green pepper sliced
4 mushrooms, quartered
4 fish fillets
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

Place onions, tomatoes, green pepper, mushrooms, chopped parsley and melted butter in greased shallow casserole. Bake covered in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and top with 4 fish fillets. Continue baking another 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
