Dream Cheesecake

Recipe Ingredients
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 ½ cups sugar
4 slightly beaten eggs
juice of ½ lemon (1tablespoon reconstituted)
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pint thick sour cream
¼ lb. butter, melted (cool)
Instructions
Cream the cottage cheese in a blender. Add the cream cheese and blend well. Turn this mixture into a large mixing bowl and add the sugar, ½ cup at a time. Add the remaining ingredients. Turn into 9 or 10 inch greased spring form pan and bake 1 hour at 325°. Turn oven off and leave the cake in the oven for another two hours. Do not open door at any time during baking or cooling.
