Escalloped Potatoes

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Layer sliced potatoes, dotted with butter, salt and pepper, and Velveeta 
cheese in a greased casserole, make sure the top layer is cheese. Grated 
onion can be added to each layer. Pour milk into casserole about ¾ 
way up the potatoes and cheese. Bake at 350° until milk is absorbed, 
about 3 hours or more. If top gets too brown, put a piece of aluminum 
foil loosely over the top.
