Rhubarb Strawberry Mold

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups diced raw rhubarb
1 ½ cups water
½ cup sugar
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange rind
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

Combine rhubarb, water, sugar and cook until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add orange juice and rind. Chill until think. Add strawberries. Pour into 6 cup mold and refrigerate.
