Salmon Party Log

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 16 oz. can salmon (2 cups)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup chopped pecans
chopped parsley

Instructions

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients, mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans with small amount chopped parsley. Shape salmon mixture in an8 X 2 inch log. Roll in nut mixture. Chill well, wrap in wax paper.
