Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs. Chuck, cubed
1 cup sliced carrots
2 medium onions, chopped
1 large raw potato, sliced
1 can tomato soup
½ cup dry red wine
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a large oven proof casserole with tight cover. Bake in preheated 275° oven for 3 to 4 hours. Makes 5 to 6 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
