Veal Scallopini

Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs. Veal cutlet, cut in small pieces
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
garlic powder to taste
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
½ lb. Mushrooms, sliced
¾ to 1 cup sherry
½ cup water
Instructions
Dredge veal in flour, shake off excess. Brown in olive oil until very brown; scraping bottom of pan while cooking. Add onions & peppers; cook until soft. Sauté mushrooms and add to the above. Scrape bottom of pan; add sherry and water; cook 5 minutes. Place in casserole; cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
