Ingredients:
3 pounds of corned beef brisket
1 head of cabbage, chopped
6 carrots, peeled and chopped
6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon of whole peppercorns

Instructions:
Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water to remove any excess salt.
Place the corned beef in a large pot and cover it with water.
Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, and peppercorns to the pot.
